Those arrested last night for wearing Bersih t-shirts have been released. – The Malaysian Insider filepic, August 30, 2015.The 26 individuals arrested last night for allegedly wearing Bersih T-shirts have been released, Bersih's Urgent Arrest team said today.

"Bersih has successfully proven on its first day that the rally is peaceful. And we believe it will continue to be peaceful if there is no provocation from the police.
"We urge Malaysians to attend the Bersih rally, and ignore and irresponsible provocation," the team, formed by the Bar Council's Legal Aid, said.
On Friday, Home Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi banned the use of yellow clothing and other printed material with the words "Bersih 4" ahead of the rally with an order issued under the PPPA.
But police did not move in against the thousands who protested in Bersih T-shirts in Kuala Lumpur since yesterday afternoon.
